BEYOND Tucson 2020

By East Tucson Macaroni Kid January 3, 2020

BEYOND Tucson began as a single day of events designed to commemorate the tragic shooting of January 8, 2011 and to help the community to move forward in a positive, healthy way. In the 8 years since the first BEYOND Tucson event in January of 2012, BEYOND Tucson has become an organization devoted to public health and wellness throughout the year. BEYOND kicks off each year with community-wide events that focus on moving and living well.

This year, the BEYOND Tucson events will be held on Saturday, January 11th. Events are family-friendly and open to everyone; however, some will be more difficult than others and may not be appropriate for small children. We've compiled the events in east, central, and south Tucson that seem especially fitting for families with children, but please feel free to look at the full schedule of events HERE. Most of the events listed are FREE!
