We love to play games in our house. It's always fun when you can make your own, especially for my older kids. This is similar to Bingo, but with a little twist. We thought it was a perfect time to create and share with Halloween around the corner. I've included our version of the game to download as a bonus (see bottom of article).
You'll need:
- Game Board
- Dice
- Bingo Daubers or Googly Eyes
Here's how you play:
Roll the dice and mark off your board for the number that's on the dice. The first one to fill their board wins. Easy enough!
For Everly (2) this is obviously a little challenging to use the regular dice. So, we picked up actual numbered dice like these. This is helpful to her so she can match the number to the board. They are, however, a little smaller so help is still needed. For board markers, we started with bingo daubers. We quickly realized we were going to go through a ton of paper this way. We decided to switch to googly eyes so the boards were reusable. We had daubers and googly eyes in our craft box, but these can be found at the dollar store.
