Week 7 of my Jenny Craig Journey

When I was on the Jenny Craig program two years ago,  at first I was a little reluctant to use the phone consultation and food delivery option. Ultimately, though, but this remote way of participating in Jenny Craig turned out to be incredibly convenient. I loved that food came right to my door and that I could have my consultations anywhere. I remember talking to Norma, my consultant, in grocery stores, hotel rooms, and from my office at work. Jenny Craig fit perfectly into my life.

When I started the Jenny Craig Rapid Results program this year, I requested phone consultations and delivery again. I knew how well Jenny Craig had suited my busy life before, and I wanted that same flexibility and convenience this time around.

I have been able to rely on the skills Jenny Craig has taught me. I'm happy to be modeling healthy eating for my children, too. So much has changed. I’m working from home and I miss my students, my clients, and my coworkers. We’re slowly figuring out how to connect remotely, but it’s a new facet to these relationships.
