For many families enjoying a Thanksgiving meal can be a financial challenge. This Thanksgiving there are eight places in the Tucson area where local families can receive a free turkey or Thanksgiving meal. Many of these events are drive-through. Please follow all posted safety guidelines, and enjoy the blessings of the holiday.
Project Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving meals will be assembled in advance for this drive-thru event. Please sign up for a meal HERE. The Victory Mobile Medical Unit will also be set up and available for wellness checks.
Thanksgiving Turkey Drive-Thru Event
Saturday, November 21 at 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.

United Healthcare and the City of Tucson are giving away 1000 turkeys at this event (one turkey per vehicle).
9th Annual Thanksgiving Festival
Saturday, November 21 at 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.
Rodeo Grounds, 4823 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ.
One thousand turkeys (gift cards) will be given away to Tucson families for FREE! This is a drive-through event. Please stay in your vehicle and mask up. Hosted by Arizona Bilingual and Tucson Clinica Medica Familiar.

36th Annual Salvation Army Community Thanksgiving Dinner

St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 1145 E. Fort Lowell.
More than 250 local volunteers will help to prepare and cook the traditional Thanksgiving meal including turkeys and holiday sides. This is a FREE, drive thru event. For information about homebound meals delivery please call 520-448-5512.

Super Soul Kitchen will serve boxed Thanksgiving meals to the homeless and those in need, until the boxes are gone.
