What is a Gold Daisy School Appreciation Award? It is an honor given by East Tucson Macaroni Kid readers to a favorite school in East/Central Tucson or Vail. There are so many wonderful schools and teachers in the community, and this is a way to honor one special school chosen by YOU.
East Tucson Macaroni Kid has partnered with Mama's Famous Pizza and Heros to provide a catered meal for the staff of one deserving school, and Heather Tyler from Nova Home Loans is generously providing the winning school with a $200 cash award to use for books, art supplies, or wherever is most needed.
