The Halloween Candy Buy Back and the Halloween Candy Give Back programs both allow children to trade Halloween candy for money, toothbrushes, toys, or coupons from local businesses (traditionally dentists). The candy then gets distributed as part of care packages to deployed U.S. Military troops and First Responders.
