East Tucson Macaroni Kid recently hosted a fabulous #MKSummerFun Party at Ott YMCA. We were able to share some great local and national sponsors with several of our Macaroni families to help get everyone excited for a healthy, happy summer! Applegate Natural & Organic Meats:
We were excited to have the chance to
sample all-beef hot dogs from Applegate. Applegate hot dogs are made with simple ingredients that you can feel good about: Beef, water, salt, spices. There are no antibiotics and no added nitrites or nitrates. Plus, these hot dogs are delicious! Parents and kids alike gave a resounding two thumbs up to these products (because their mouths were full of hot dog).
Whole Foods Speedway: We needed something on the side of those yummy hot dogs, so I asked Whole Foods Speedway if they might provide fruit and veggie trays. Not only did they provide gorgeous platters of fresh fruits and vegetables, they also gave us bags for our party swag and great samples and coupons to add to the goodies!
Zevia: To wash down the great food, party goers were able to sample some ice-cold Zevia natural soda. Zevia is sweetened with stevia, and has no artificial colors or flavors. It is calorie free, delicious, and perfect for a hot summer day. We sampled grape, ginger ale, black cherry, and Dr. Zevia at our party, but there are many other flavors that can be found at your local grocery store.
