Tucson 4th of July Fireworks and Festivities 2016

  • Firecracker 50 and Fireworks Spectacular. 7:00-10:30 PM. 3 Hours of non-stop racing followed by a 20 minute firework display. Doors open at 5:00, racing starts at 7:00. Tucson Speedway, 11955 S. Harrison. Tickets $10-$15.
Sunday, July 3
  • Early Independence Day Celebration with FC Tucson. Honor our heroes, enjoy awesome fireworks, and cheer on FC Tucson against La Laguna FC.  Game starts at 7:30 PM. Fireworks after the game. General admission is $11.00 for adults, $7.70 for kids 4-14. Kids under 4 get in FREE. 
Monday, July 4
  • Let Freedom Sing. 3 PM at Centennial Hall. A musical celebration of our nation's birthday! $10 suggested donation for adults. FREE for children 8 and under. 
  • Sonoran Glass School 4th of July Party. The Sonoran Glass school will have glass blowing demonstrations, crafts, food, and a viewing party for the 'A' Mountain firework display. 6-10 PM. $5 admission, FREE for children 12 and under. 
  • Independence Day Celebration and BBQ. Ahmadiyya Muslim Community invites you to an Independence Day Celebration and A-Mountain Firework viewing in the Yousuf Mosque Parking Lot. Program and BBQ start at 7:30 PM. FREE.
  • "A" Mountain Fireworks.  Scheduled to begin at 9:15 PM.  These fireworks can be seen from many parts of the city, but consider heading to the TCC Parking Lot B (Granada between Congress and Cushing Street) for entertainment, food and more. Details of the TCC event still TBA. Viewing the fireworks: FREE.
  • Marana Star Spangled Spectacular at Crossroads at Silverbell Park (7548 N. Silverbell).  Festivities including music, games, food, vendors and FIREWORKS from 5:00-9:30 PM PM. FREE!
  • Oro Valley 4th of July Celebration.  Festivities begin at 5:00 PM at James D. Kriegh Park with games, food trucks, live entertainment and more. Fireworks at 9 p.m. FREE! Also, Oro Valley Aquatic Center will be open from 5-8 PM with special pricing for children ($1) and adults ($3).
Other 4th of July festivities in Southern Arizona
  • Benson: Parade, water fight, vendors, food and music in the morning. Fireworks at 8:30 PM. 
  • Bisbee: Coaster races, parade, Bisbee-style "drilling and mucking" contest, water park activities and fireworks. 
  • Mt. Lemmon: Annual 4th of July Parade and free patriotic concert. Festivities start at 10:45 AM with the parade starting at noon. Arrive early!
  • Sahuarita Red, White & Boom. Starting at 6 PM. There will be kids' activities, live music, food trucks and more. Fireworks at 9 PM. 
  • Sierra Vista: "Pets & People" promenade, food, military displays, entertainment and fireworks. 7 AM-11 PM.
  • Tubac: In the morning on July 4th (10-12) the Tubac chamber of commerce has games, entertainment and a fire-engine "squirt down." (FREE). The Tubac Golf Resort & Spa have a festival and fireworks in the evening (4-9:30) for $10/car.
