Find Your Family Fun and Join Our Monthly Instagram Contest!

Try something new in Tucson and enter to win fun prizes!

January 1, 2016
Last November my family and I went to the All Souls Procession for the first time. Even though I have lived in Tucson for nearly 20 years and I feel like I know this city pretty well, experiencing that quintessential Tucson event made me realize...there is SO MUCH I still haven't done in the Old Pueblo! Now that my girls are getting older, there are activities open to us that we haven't tried before. There are also new activities, undiscovered gems, and places we just haven't taken the time to explore. This year, I want to change that!

In fact, I'd like to encourage ALL of us to break out of our ruts, try something new, and share our discoveries with others in the East Tucson Mac Kid Community. This year, my family vows to try one new event/place/activity per month in Tucson (and Southern Arizona). I will write an article about our activities to share in the newsletter, and I will also post photos to Instagram (follow me at @MacKidEastTucson) with the hashtag #MKTucsonFirsts. To sweeten the deal, YOU can post your first-time Tucson family adventures to Instagram, too! Tag with #MKTucsonFirsts for your chance to WIN our monthly giveaway...tickets/passes to fun places and events here in Tucson for you to find even more family fun!

This month's prize: 4 Wristbands to Golf 'N Stuff!
