This Week's Helping of Macaroni (East/Central Tucson)

August 27, 2015
It's hard to believe it's nearly September! By now, children have settled back into their school routines and started extracurricular activities. Tons of fall fun is RIGHT around the corner. But the upcoming week is a bit on the quiet side. Use the time to stay cool, maybe check out a new storytime or try a free Kindermusik class, or perhaps try visiting a local museum with your kids (Need tips for the art museum? Click HERE.) Other highlight from this week's newsletter:
  • Giveaway: Win tickets to the new LEGO Nature Connects exhibit at Tucson Botanical Gardens (exhibit run September 11-January 3).
  • Planning a birthday? Talk to your child about a charity they would like to support, and plan to have guests bring items to donate to the cause!
  • You can also find birthday party planning ideas in our birthday guide, HERE
